Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you use this website or order from 0Gravity. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" means trading as 0Gravity (ABN ). "You" means the person or business placing the order. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

1. Orders

• The minimum order is 10 tees. You can mix styles, colours, sizes and designs to reach 10.
• An order is accepted when we confirm it by email and payment has been received in full.
• We may decline an order, for example if the artwork breaches our Artwork and copyright policy or the stock you chose is unavailable. If we decline an order after you've paid, we refund you in full.

2. Prices and payment

• Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
• Bulk discounts and back-print charges are applied as shown on the website at the time you order. Print size doesn't change the price.
• Delivery is a flat $11 for standard or $15 for express, per order, anywhere in Australia. Pickup from our Homebush West workshop is free. See our Shipping and pickup policy.
• Payment is due in full when you place your order. We don't start any work until payment has cleared.
• If we make an obvious pricing error, we'll contact you before going ahead and you can choose to cancel for a full refund.

3. Artwork and proofs

• We check every file and send you a digital proof showing the design, print size and position on the tee.
• Nothing is printed until you approve the proof in writing (by email or through the approval link).
• Please check your proof carefully, including spelling, colours, size, position and the sizes and quantities ordered. Once you approve a proof, we print exactly what it shows.
• If we don't hear from you within 14 days of sending a proof, we may contact you to confirm the order is still wanted. Turnaround times start from proof approval, not from payment.

4. Colour and print tolerances

• Colours on screens and proofs are a guide only. Printed colours can vary slightly from what you see on screen and between garment colours and fabrics.
• Print size and position may vary by up to 1 cm, and garment sizes may vary by up to 2 cm from the manufacturer's size chart. Neither is treated as a defect.
• The print-size preview on our product pages uses the manufacturers' size charts and product photos. It's an accurate guide but not an exact representation of every individual garment.

5. Turnaround

Our standard turnaround is 48 hours from proof approval for in-stock tees and colours. Colours we order in for you, large orders and busy periods can take longer. We'll tell you the expected date before you approve your proof. Turnaround times are estimates and we aren't liable for delays outside our reasonable control.

6. Changes and cancellations

• You can change or cancel your order for free any time before you approve your proof.
• After you approve your proof, your tees are custom made for you and printing may have started. If we haven't started printing, we'll try to accommodate changes. If printing has started, we can't cancel or change the order.

7. Faulty items

If your order is faulty or doesn't match your approved proof, please tell us within 7 days of receiving or collecting it. See our Returns and refunds policy for how we fix it. You still keep all your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Your artwork

You must own, or have permission to use, all artwork, logos, text and images you send us. You keep ownership of your artwork. You give us permission to use it only to produce your order, and to show it in our marketing only if you agree. Full details are in our Artwork and copyright policy.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the price you paid for that order, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as missed events or lost profits. This doesn't limit any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded.

10. Website use

All content on this website, including text, design, our logo and the print-size tool, belongs to us or our licensors. Product photos are supplied by the garment brands (AS Colour and RAMO) and remain their property.

11. Privacy

We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy policy.

12. General

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
