trading as 0Gravity (ABN ) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how we handle it. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
- Contact and order details: your name, business name, email, phone number and delivery address (if you choose delivery).
- Your artwork and order specifications: the files you upload, print sizes and positions, and your proof approvals.
- Payment information: payments are processed by our payment provider. We don't see or store your full card details.
- Communications: emails, messages and enquiries you send us, including colour requests.
- Website usage: information collected by cookies and analytics tools, such as pages viewed, device and browser type and approximate location.
How we use it
- To prepare proofs, print and deliver your order (or arrange pickup), and to contact you about it.
- To answer your questions and colour or quote requests.
- To process payments and keep business and tax records.
- To improve our website and services.
- To send you news and offers, only if you've subscribed. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
We only share your information with businesses that help us run our service, and only what they need:
- couriers and delivery partners, to deliver your order
- our payment provider, to process payments
- our website, ecommerce, email and accounting providers
- analytics and advertising tools (for example Google Analytics and Meta), which use cookies to measure and improve our marketing.
Some of these providers may store information outside Australia. We don't sell your personal information. We may disclose information where required by law.

Our website uses cookies to make the site work (such as remembering your bag) and to understand how people use it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work properly without them.
Keeping your information safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We keep order records for as long as we need them for your order and to meet our legal obligations. We keep your uploaded artwork for 12 months so you can reorder easily, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Contact us using the details below and we'll respond within 30 days.

If you have a concern about how we've handled your personal information, please contact us first so we can try to fix it. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
